modern decorspacious room
the room had a fridge and a coffee machine with several hot drink options. i appreciated the large tv with netflix access. the air conditioning helped keep the room cool. we were able to leave our bags before check-in.
the multiple light switches were confusing and annoying to use.

the location was great it was walkable into town i also found communication from the staff great they arranged a parking permit for us the instructions from the owners were excellent regarding the location. the owners responded to questions very quickly they even gave local area recommendations to make my stay more enjoyable

mixed experience due to some issues

the room was new in an older renovated house.
I waited a long time after check-in to actually get in. the key would not work, so i had to contact the owners repeatedly. this delay outside was unacceptable in the cold. It soured the start of the stay.

Communication was efficient since I booked the suite. The building location provided a quiet environment. The interior was modern. The walk-in shower in the apartment was excellent. Each room had a television plus Netflix, also air conditioning.
I found too many light switches in the suite, so it was confusing to use.

Really good Stay with Great Communication

I received detailed check-in instructions via WhatsApp well before my arrival. The owner contacted me soon after I arrived to check if everything was satisfactory. The provided shower was amazing, and I found tea, coffee, and a hairdryer ready for use. A TV offered Netflix access for entertainment.
The stairs were a bit narrow , which might present a challenge for some guests with large luggage.

The room included a coffee machine and a fridge , both very useful for a convenient stay. Air conditioning was available in the rooms , which was very welcome during warm weather.

Self check-in was easy and efficient, and communication through WhatsApp was smooth. The manager arranged for parking , which eliminated any potential stress. The location allowed for walking into the city centre in approximately 15 minutes.

The room was lovely. It had a king size bed that was comfortable. There was also a kettle and coffee machine. I found the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
There were far too many light switches. I found it confusing to operate the lights. The bathroom was not totally clean. I noticed old blood stain on a sheet so I did report it.
